Michelle Alonso is a versatile professional who blends her love for numbers, people, and community into everything she does. With a background in Mathematics/Economics from UCLA, she has built a career that spans finance leadership, real estate, and entrepreneurship—always driven by a passion for improvement and meaningful impact.

As Co-Owner of Cutz on Main, Michelle helped build the barbershop from the ground up, guiding its marketing, sales, and team culture. The shop reached over half of its two-year revenue goal in just its first year, reflecting her commitment to smart growth and a strong customer experience.

Michelle is also a longtime top-producing Realtor with RE/MAX of Santa Clarita, known for her negotiation skills, calm under pressure, and genuine dedication to helping clients achieve their goals. Her work has earned her multiple RE/MAX awards, including the Executive, 100%, Platinum, Hall of Fame, and Chairman’s Club with the most recent as Top 10 company wide.

Before stepping into real estate full-time, Michelle spent several years in senior finance roles at Iron Mountain, where she led global FP&A for entertainment-focused markets across six countries. She guided teams through acquisitions, system conversions, and year-over-year revenue and EBITDA growth—always prioritizing communication, collaboration, and clear financial strategy.

Michelle’s earlier roles in accounting and operations shaped her strong problem-solving mindset and her ability to streamline and rebuild processes from the ground up. She brings the same dedication to her community, serving on the board of the Santa Clarita Coalition and supporting local schools through the School Site Council and PTA.

Fluent in Tagalog and conversational in Spanish, Michelle is known for her drive, warmth, and ability to bring people together. Whether she’s leading a business, closing a deal, or helping her community thrive, she leads with integrity, curiosity, and heart.
